U.S. Customers
When you order from Frank R. Walker Co., you will receive shipment promptly via United Parcel Service®. Next Day and Second Day service are available.
Non-U.S. Customers
We ship all international orders via UPS. Please allow 6-8 days for delivery.

Returns
Merchandise returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of items. To receive an exchange or refund, it is necessary to call and request a Return Authorization.
