When you order from Frank R. Walker Co., you will receive shipment promptly via United Parcel Service®. Next Day and Second Day service are available.

Non-U.S. Customers

Deliveries are made via International Air Parcel Post. Allow one week for delivery within the continental United States and two weeks for shipments to Canada, Mexico, South America and Europe. Allow three to four weeks for shipments to Asia, Africa and Australia. All shipments are either insured or certified.

Merchandise returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of items. To receive an exchange or refund, it is necessary to call 800-458-3737 (in the U.S.) and 630-971-8989 (outside U.S.) to request a Return Authorization.
